The White Paper is a largely a clarification of Theresa May’s speech on the matter delivered with its 12 main points in the House of Commons

It is also worth taking note of the Bill authorising Article 50:

brexit-article-50-bill

Which minded that the electorate cast the largest vote ever in British history on 23-Jun-2016 with a clear majority in favour of these United Kingdoms leaving the EU

The vote in parliament on the Bill was 498 in favour and 114 against.

Here is the list of the 114 MPs who abrogated on their duty to democracy and voted against the wishes of the majority of the electorate:

47 Labour MPs defied the party’s whip to vote against Article 50.
They were joined by Ken Clarke, the sole Tory rebel,
Caroline Lucas, the Green MP,
seven Liberal Democrats,
and the SNP.
