Hi,
it does rather look as if David Cameron seems minded to sabotage the EU Referendum, as his only way to win his personal aim to dupe Britain into remaining in the EU!
An option I believe he will resort to at the last minute, is to announce the plan to take Britain into associate membership with certain amendments to our status which will be passed off as having negotiated changes in the EU that he achieved, when it is believed by many informed EU watchers that the EU intends to change its structure and force all its vassal states into ‘Associate Membership’ if they are not members of the EUro Group.
To Remain_In_The_EU will inevitably lead to Britain being forced into the EUro eventually!
I believe that the Associate Membership status has been David Cameron’s aim all along and he believes that he will need his Ministers and MPs to sell this scam to an ill informed public at the last moment and that this is the reason he tried to avoid ‘Purdah’ for politicians.
IF David Cameron takes this foolish stance and we find Britain duped into remaining in the EU the result will be considered invalid and the split will rumble on and on and David Cameron will have totally failed in his ambition to heal the divide in both his party and the peoples of Britain.
This is NOT about the egos of individuals and their defence of their positions as self proclaimed experts like Dan Hannan, Nigel Farage, Matthew Elliot, Dominic Cummins, the Pope, David Cameron, Bill Cash or the Arch Bishop of Canterbury each defending their positions as the guru of repute at the expense of our Country and our people, not just nowadays but for generatyions to come. The squabblings of these self seeking individuals is disgusting in the face of such challenges.
Regardless of Nigel Farage’s Ukip fantasy that this referendum will evolve around his party’s racism and xenophobia, this referendum is purely about the Political Sovereignty of these United Kingdoms, where whether we benefit ecomomically is also a side issue, to the desire to Leave_The_EU that has only been overcome by dishonesty in the past.
The Refugee/Immigrant hoarde pouring into Europe from the failed States torn apart by religious extremisms and poverty managed by extremist dictatorial regimes is hardly a new idea. How politicians are getting away with the idiotic claim that this migration has caught them by surprise is risible. Anyone who has ever travelled extensively has realised this tidal migration of peoples was an inevitable outcome of the increase in world population from less than 2Billion to over 7Billion since 1945.
The exact format of this tsunami of migration, whether by refugees or migrants is imaterial in practical terms – a challenge that was presciently foretold in much detail in Juliet Stevenson’s excellent 90 minute movie ‘The March’ of 1990, based on the 1972 book, details of which can be found at CLICK HERE and I do commend anyone who wishes to pretend to an informed position MUST watch the movie in full.

Britons will not accept the result of the referendum on the country’s membership of the European Union unless David Cameron climbs down on his plans to change the rules on civil service neutrality in the days leading up to the vote, a former Conservative Cabinet minister has warned.
Owen Paterson, who was Mr Cameron’s Environment secretary in the Coalition Government, said there was a risk that the result of the referendum would not be seen as “legitimate” unless the rules of Whitehall purdah were restored.
Ministers are expected to be hold meetings with as many as 30 Conservative rebel MPs who are intent on voting down Government plans on Monday to water down the purdah rules in the weeks leading up to the referendum.
The rebels are furious that the Government’s amendments to the EU Referendum Bill still allow ministers to decide which areas they can speak out on in the crucial last few weeks of the referendum campaign.

On what promises to be a day of Westminster drama, as many as 110 Eurosceptic Tory MPs have been invited to meet at 2pm in a Commons committee room to decide a strategy for forcing the Government to rethink its plans.
At the same ministers and whips are set to speak privately with the likely rebel MPs to try to see off the rebellion and ensure their changes become law.
Government whips have spent the past few days ringing around Conservative MPs to try to understand the scale of the likely rebellion.
Mr Cameron is understood not to want to be restricted in how he uses the levers of Government – its civil servants and PR operation – to convince Britons to vote to remain in a reformed EU.
Mr Paterson, one of the rebel leaders, told The Daily Telegraph, said: “None of us want to have a row about this. I very much hope they do listen. This is the biggest issue facing our country in a generation – it is not a party political thing this.
“If the result of the referendum is in doubt, because it is seen by people that it was rigged and that the ground rules have been slanted to help one side, then it won’t be legitimate and people won’t accept the result.”

There could be other smaller Commons rebellions over controversial issues including the BBC’s impartiality during the referendum, the spending limits on parties, the timetabling of the vote and how much the European Union can spend on publicity ahead of the vote.
Andrew Bridgen, another Eurosceptic MP, said: “It has got to be a fair referendum and it has got be seen to be fair. This is bigger than party politics – it is about the future of this country.”
Steve Baker, the Tory MP who set up the Conservatives for Britain group of Eurosceptic MPs, said he expected “the Government to put in a considerable persuasion effort tomorrow afternoon when colleagues are available.
“There will be a large number of meetings between senior colleagues who have tabled amendments and ministers.”
He added: “This is the stuff of high principle. We want to make sure the Bill is in the very best shape.”

Sir Bill Cash (above), the veteran Eurosceptic MP, said that unless the Government restored the purdah rules it would “have a very powerful effect on reducing trust in the outcome”.
Another senior Conservtive said that, with the support of opposition parties, the measures could be voted down with the support of only 20 rebel Tory MPs.
Alex Salmond MP, the former SNP leader, warned that Mr Cameron faced “humiliation” unless he changed tack.
