WESSdigital Look Set To Profit From EU Referendum! An Ethical Issue.
Posted by: Greg Lance-Watkins – Greg_L-W.
Hi,
in relation to the EU Referendum it is worth noting some of the details in the background and one could do worse than start by taking note of:
WESS Digital:
https://wessdigital.com/about/
This looks all to clearly to be more than a small stain on the ethical character of the EU Referendum and more like a huge and poorly camophlaged massive, though potentially hugely profitable, conflict of interests on a scale all too common in the Westminster?EU Bubble!
& Note:
OUR PEOPLE
ANDREW WHITEHURST
CO-FOUNDERAndrew brings experience of software architecture and development, with a strong track-record in developing high-visibility, high-traffic online campaigns. A philosophy and politics graduate of the University of Leeds, he instead spent his formative years immersed in graphic and web design, video and music production.
Since 2008, Andrew has concentrated on the development of innovative digital tools and strategies that further participation, transparency and – he’d like to think – democracy. He has worked on campaigns for think tanks, campaign groups, industry trade bodies, political parties and the media in the UK, Europe and the US.
MATTHEW ELLIOTT
CO-FOUNDERMatthew started the TaxPayers’ Alliance in 2004, growing it into one of the most influential campaign groups in the country. In 2009 he founded the Big Brother Watch campaign for personal and civil liberties. In 2011 he was headhunted to run the successful “NO to AV” referendum campaign, turning 2 to 1 support for electoral reform into a 67.9% to 32.1% defeat for the “Yes” side.
Seen as one of the most effective political campaigners that Britain has produced in a generation, Matthew is sought after as an electoral strategist and has worked with political parties in Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Maldives, Serbia and Ukraine. As well as being a non-executive director of Wess, Matthew is the current Chief Executive of Business for Britain. He has written four books on public spending and is a Fellow of the RSA.
JAG SINGH
CO-FOUNDERJag brings a wealth of experience and insight to Wess, with his understanding of the interconnected worlds of technology and politics. Prior to this, Jag founded YouFundMe, an online grassroots fundraising platform for candidates at the 2010 General Election, and co-founded MessageSpace, a political advertising and digital marketing agency; Labourhome, one of the Labour Party’s first digital attempts to engage with its grassroots; and Strateusis, a Hong Kong-based strategy and investment firm.
Jag is also an active investor, and sits on the boards of several high-tech startups. Jag frequently advises on the application of technology within political campaigns, focusing on fundraising, communications, and grassroots mobilisation. Jag is currently advising several foreign governments and NGOs and previously worked for US Presidential candidates including Wes Clark (2004), John Kerry (2004) and Hillary Clinton (2008). Most recently, Jag worked with Matthew on the successful “NO to AV” referendum campaign.
PAUL STAINES
CO-FOUNDERFrom 1997 to 2001 Paul worked in fund management as a technology investor in London, Hong Kong and Tokyo, investing in high growth companies both pre-IPO and post-IPO. He continues to advise privately-held Global & General Nominees on investing in digital start-ups. In 2006 he co-founded the online advertising network MessageSpace.
Political clients he has advised on digital strategy have included: the Conservative Party during the 2010 general election; the “No to AV” referendum campaign in 2011; and Boris Johnson’s successful mayoral re-election campaign in 2012. Paul is the founding editor of the widely-read Guido Fawkes Blog and a columnist for The Sun newspaper. He brings to Wess an understanding of digital based on the experience of executing digital strategies for popular campaigns.
Do note that WESS digital draws its name from the initials of those listed!

This looks like a clear and unethical conflict of interest within the Westminster Bubble, where we can expect those with their contacts to be all too willing to have their fingers in the till, and of course be working to that end.
Thus:
One can reasonably expect Paul Staine to use his ‘GUIDO’ blog to denigrate any challenge to promoting his co-director as CEO for the Westminster centric EU-Referendum campaign, where they will be best suited to supply possibly £Millions of Westminster centric data, that appeals to the tame and gullible backers they will seek out to fund their ‘Leave_The_EU‘ Campaign and possibly the other side as well!
It is thus clear from the get-go that the EU-Referendum will not be on a level playing field as Westminster and those on the professional lobbying scams will skew the results as with, it seems, WESS Digital Services. Have such individuals any real interest in the vote outcome and Britain or are they just lining their own pockets?
One must hope that gullible leading politicians do not fall into the silver tongued trap of the likes of Matt Elliott, Dan Hannan, Paul Staine’s Guido and the like as they seek their own personal fortune at the expense of these United Kingdoms, our peoples and our future liberty free of vassal status in the unsavoury world of the undemocratic EU (or as Labour’s, now past Tory style leadership, Blair, Mandelson, Levy etc claimed the ‘Post Democratic Age’!).
The likes of Aaron Banks with his well funded if misguided and frequently stunningly inept and inaccurate and ill informed thekNOw.EU campaign, which is receiving, to be expected, bad publicity from Guido and may well be unaware of the links and why they are failing to get traction – a feature self evident to those outside the bubble who realise that Westminster, Politicians and the media are increasingly ignored by the public.
In this referendum the likes of David Cameron, Jeremy Corbyn, Alex Salmon, Nicola Sturgeon, Yvette Cooper, Michael Hesseltine and those attracted; like Paul Steine, Tony Blair, Matt Elliott, Dan Hannan, Peter Mandelson, Nigel Farage, Dominic Cummins, etc.; to the honey pot + of course those bought and paid for by the EU such as assorted Kinnocks, BBC staffers, Jack Straw, John Major, John Presscot, media muppets, ex EU Commisioners, ex MEPs and all who draw an EU bribe by way of salary or pension – not to mention a raft of Erasmus Professors, lecturers & grant beneficiaries they all only have one vote.
It is clear that this referendum must be won from the bottom up, for it to have any validity. The likes of Farage, Corbyn and their ilk will damage their espoused cause – generating more opposition than gain, such that the EU and Cameron must be little less than gleeful, with the likes of Farage as the best weapon they have to dupe the British public, as their predecessors did the last time we were granted a referendum on remaining in the EU!
IF Farage AND Corbyn were to collude in their NO Campaign the chances for Britain to Leave_The_EU would be practically nill, even with a Westminster sychophant like the lobbyist Matt Elliott leading a parrallel campaign funding his WESS Dogitail Services lobby scam.
These scams do work, as proven by the fact that there are over 15,000 lobbyists feeding from the tax payer funded honey pots of Brussels and Strasbourg.

Greg_L-W.

With an avg. 1.2M voters per MEP & Britain having only 8%, if united, say. The EUropean Parliament has no ability to make policy and has a Commission of unelected bureaucrats, thus clearly the EU is not even a pretence of being a democracy; yet it is willing to slaughter people in Sovereign States to impose democracy on them! The imposition of a Government and policies upon its vassal regions such as the peoples of Greece shows just how far from being a democracy the EU is.There will be little or no change in Britain’s economic position, when we leave the EU and by then being a part of the Eropean Economic Area all will benefit, as we secure trade relations with the EU vassal regions and can trade and negotiate independently on a global stage. One huge benefit will be that we can negotiate with bodies like the WTO, UN, WHO, IMF, CODEX and the like, directly in our own interest and that of our partners around the world in both the Commonwealth and the Anglosphere at large; rather than having negotiations and term imposed by unelected EU bureacrats. The greatest change and benefit will be political, as we improve our democracy and self determination, with the ability to deselect and elect our own Government, which with an improved Westminster structure, see >Harrogate Agenda<.How we go about the process of disentangling our future well being from the EU is laid out in extensive, well researched and immensly tedious detail see >FleXcit< or for a brief video summary CLICK HERE
