interestingly nowhere in the Article 50 thread does it indicate that any region of the EU wishing to re-establish its National Sovereignty and re-patriate its fundamental human right to determine its own laws and governance, shall be forced to pay any penalty for the democratic choice of its peoples to leave the EU, let alone the €100 Billion which the EU is thus dishonestly seeking Britain should pay them!

Further there is no indication in Article 50 that payments to prop up the EU shall be payable by the region leaving membership, either as it leaves or once it re-patriates its rights as an Independent Nation.

Further, as one of the few net contributors to the EU in financial terms, Britain has funded much of the structure of the EU, including £100s of Millions worth of property, which has an ongoing value, the matter of refunds is not dealt with in Article 50.

Further there is no indication in Article 50 that the EU is entitled to select who negotiates on behalf of the region wishing to re-establish its independent Nation status, any more than it is within the remit of the departing member to select who negotiates on behalf of the EU.
